During your training year you will receive practical development sessions from highly experienced teachers who are also part of the early career framework (ECF) training provision. So you will have people around you who understand what you need now as well as understanding what you need for the next steps in your career. Your in-school placements will be local and offer you the opportunity to observe and learn from school-based practice at its best.
